These Terms govern use of the Winston Francois QuickBooks Online integration ("the Application"). The Application is an internal tool operated by Winston Francois. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Application, you agree to these Terms.
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 API to read invoice, payment, and revenue data. It uses this data to attribute revenue to business-development sources and to generate internal reports. The Application requests read-only access and does not create, modify, or delete data in any connected company.
Access is limited to authorized Winston Francois operators and companies the operator is entitled to access. You may not use the Application to access data you are not authorized to view.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Winston Francois is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You may disconnect the Application at any time via the Disconnect page, which revokes all access tokens.
