This policy explains how the Winston Francois QuickBooks Online integration ("the Application") handles data.
With your authorization, the Application reads the following from your connected QuickBooks Online company: invoices, payments, revenue and customer records, and company metadata. Access is read-only. The Application does not create, modify, or delete data in your QuickBooks company.
Accessed data is used solely to attribute revenue to business-development sources and to generate internal Winston Francois reports. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored securely on Winston Francois infrastructure and are never exposed publicly or shared. Data retrieved for reporting is cached only as long as needed to produce reports and is purged on routine maintenance cycles. Access is restricted to authorized Winston Francois operators.
We do not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with any third party. Data remains within Winston Francois's internal systems.
When you disconnect the Application via the Disconnect page, access tokens are revoked and cached data is purged. You may request deletion of any retained data at any time.
The Application uses Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 API and complies with Intuit's data-handling and security requirements for connected applications.
